Just in Case, Inc. gladly accepts all returns or exchanges within a 30-day period. International orders are not eligible for returns. You will be given credit or a refund for the amount of the merchandise. Shipping charges are not refundable. Just in Case, Inc. suggests that you insure all packages. We are not responsible for lost packages.

Please repackage the item(s) you are returning or exchanging, taking care to protect the merchandise from damage during return shipping. NOTE: Just in Case, Inc. will not accept any merchandise that is damaged due to your negligence in shipping.
